Two Husbands One Wife Read online

“What do you think about us coming with you to California?” Connor had asked his friend, as the trio bobbed together in the waters of their little midnight lagoon.

Just as when Connor first suggested the best man accompany them on their honeymoon, Jason had been utterly shocked.

  “C—Come with me?”

“Yeah man. Instead of flying out of here and going our separate ways tomorrow, we’d fly with you to Cali.”

Jason had turned to stare at Amanda. Floating beside her husband, she’d smiled and nodded.

“We wanna see what your place is like,” Connor continued. “What your life is like. We could spend the weekend there, if you have the room, and then fly back to the east coast on Monday morning.”

“So… extend the honeymoon another two days?” asked Jason.

  “Yup.”

His eyes had lit up instantly. His mouth cracked into a huge smile.

“I’ll make the room!” Jason laughed.

“Good, glad to hear it,” Connor had chuckled, grinning slyly. “Because we uh… kinda already changed our plane tickets.”

Jason’s look of astonishment right then had been priceless. Amanda had laughed at him, long and loud, until he splashed her with water.

“Alright then,” he’d smiled. “Let’s go to Cali!”

And that was that. It was just that simple.

The idea had been both of theirs, really. Connor had always wanted to see California, and Amanda had wanted desperately to see Jason’s place. Besides, it was just another weekend. A sunny, west coast nightcap to their perfect tropical honeymoon.

“You guys ready to blow this place?” asked Jason from the doorway. He already had his suitcase packed and waiting.

“No,” laughed Amanda. She looked back fondly over their beautiful, private pavilion. At all the places they’d spent precious moments in time. “Interesting choice of words, by the way. But not even a little.”

“Me neither,” Connor lamented. “But all good things… well, you know.”

They left their little bungalow with a wistful, collective sigh, then rode to the airport in air-conditioned comfort. Amanda snuggled between her two husbands in the back seat, one hand resting on each of their thighs.

They’re not going to be my two husbands anymore, are they?

In just an hour two, Turks and Caicos would be behind them. And with the end of their honeymoon, the end of their little arrangement.

She decided not to make herself sad. To just enjoy the flight, and their upcoming weekend, rather than think about the future.

Secretly however? She had a plan. Because while Connor was more accepting of Jason’s decision to move out west, she’d been picking away at him the whole time they’d been here. Amanda had seen things Connor didn’t. Little chinks in Jason’s armor, that made her think maybe he wasn’t as happy in California as he was letting on.

No. From the way he’d acted while they were away, she could tell something was definitely off. And when they landed on the west coast? She’d make it her mission to figure out what it was.

“So this is your place, huh?”

It was small. Smaller than she or Connor had expected. Smaller than even Jason had described.

“Yeah, sorry,” he mumbled. “I know it’s not that great, but—”

“Hey,” said Amanda, taking his shoulders. “No apologies needed, my friend. It’s expensive to live here!”

  “Sure is,” Jason lamented.

“And this is nice, bro,” added Connor. “Tiny? Sure. But hey, it’s clean. And you’ve got a sweet leather couch. Er… a loveseat maybe?”

Jason punched his friend in the arm as Connor broke out laughing.

“How many of the seven dwarfs live here?”

  “Dickhead.”

“Do they actually pay rent? Or do you take magic beans in trade?”

Jason smirked. “Different fairy tale, jackass.”

“You sure?” laughed Connor. “This whole place is a fairy tale, really. It’s almost like—”

Amanda shoved him to the couch, still laughing. She looked at Jason to make sure he wasn’t actually pissed. Luckily, the two friends had done this enough times in the past that they were both pretty numb to it.

“Just breaking your balls man,” Connor finished. He bounced up from the couch and headed into the kitchen. Or rather, the kitchenette. “You got any beer?”

Turns out Jason did, in fact, have beer. Together they sat down around the little table in his tiny kitchen, wetting their throats and stretching their legs after the long flight home.

“Sorry I can’t offer you any food,” Jason laughed. “I pretty much emptied my fridge before flying out for your wedding. And as you already know, I wasn’t expecting any return company.”

Since they were all hungry, they decided on a place. Jason recommended a nearby Mexican restaurant with the ‘best tacos he’d ever tasted’. When he went to grab his keys however, Amanda had already scooped them up. She tossed them to Connor, who caught them deftly in one hand.

“Mind picking it up for us?” asked Amanda. “And bringing it back?”

The two of them had already decided this course of action beforehand, after talking on the plane while Jason slept. Amanda wanted to speak to Jason. Get him alone, in his element, and see if he opened up a bit.

  “Sure thing,” Connor smiled knowingly.

He was halfway out the door before Jason could even say anything. He didn’t protest, however. “Remember, you suck at stick shifts,” he called after his friend. “So don’t grind my gears too much or you’ll fuck up my clutch!”

The last thing they saw was Connor’s middle finger as the door closed behind him.

He and Amanda turned back to stare at each other as silence settled over the tiny apartment. Jason looked almost hesitant. Sheepish.

  “Anything wrong?”

“No,” he said. “Not at all. Just the opposite.”

Amanda took a step toward him. “Oh yeah?”

“Yeah. I’m totally happy you guys are here! I guess it’s just…” he struggled with the wording. “It’s just weird, you know? Having you here? In California with me?” He shrugged. “I guess I just didn’t expect it.”

“You never expected we’d see your place?” Amanda asked, a little surprised. “That you’d move clear across the country to start a new life and we’d never even visit you?”

“Well no,” he countered quickly. “I mean, yes, eventually.” He dropped his arms at his sides and sighed. “I don’t know what I thought, really. Of course you’re always welcome. I just figured thought I’d be in a bigger place by now. A nicer place.”

“This place isn’t all that bad, Jason.”

He laughed and shook his head. “It sucks and you know it.”

Amanda paused for a minute, then allowed her mouth to curl into a grin. “Alright, fine. It sucks. And I know it.”

“Good! Some honesty! Now we’re getting somewhere.”

She took another step forward and slid her arms over his shoulders. Still looking directly into his eyes, Amanda leaned forward and kissed Jason tenderly.

“If you really want to get somewhere,” she told him cunningly, “why don’t you show me your bedroom?”

  Six

Jason’s bedroom was slightly bigger than a closet. It consisted of a single twin bed, neatly made, and a small dresser. There was a door Amanda assumed led into an actual closet, but she could only imagine how small that might be.

  “Again, sorry for the—”

“How many girls have you fucked on that bed?” Amanda asked.

Jason hesitated for a moment. The question had come out of the clear blue sky.

  “Two.”

“Two hot Californian blondes, huh?” She actually felt a pang of jealousy, just thinking about it. Imagining Jason kneeling between the legs of some pretty young girl. Pumping his cock — that thick, beautiful cock she’d enjoyed so often and so thoroughly during her honeymoon — in and out of some complete stranger.

“A brunette and a blonde actually,” he said.

Amanda raised an eyebrow. “At the same time?”

Her friend laughed. “Yeah, right. I wish.”

Amanda took his hand, spun him around, and led him from the bedroom. As they walked back into the living area, she turned and placed one hand on his chest.

“Be careful what you wish for, Jason.”

Before he could say another word she dropped to her knees and began unbuckling his belt. Jason sucked in a deep breath. His hands moved automatically to sift through her hair — as they had every day for the better part of the last two weeks — but then he stopped himself, awkwardly.

  “What’s the matter?”

“Well… the honeymoon’s over,” he said. “Technically you’re not my wife anymore, so…”

Amanda checked his expression and thought she saw the beginnings of a wry grin. He was kidding of course. Well, half kidding, anyway.

She yanked down his jeans. Pulled down his boxers. Jason’s cock sprang out, thumping warmly against her face as she reached up to wrap one hand around it.

“So you want me to stop?” she teased.

  “I didn’t say that.”

  “Good answer.”

“Hell, I don’t think I’ve ever said no to any girl who was about to—” He sighed as she sank her mouth down over him. “Ohhhhhh…”

“Another good answer,” she mumbled from around a mouthful of the best man’s cock.

She blew him from her knees, right on the floor of his living room. She bobbed rhythmically up and down, churning her head and varying the tightness of her lips. He grew longer and harder in her mouth. Stiffening through a series of oral ministrations unti
l his erection was full in both size and hardness.

And if anyone knew when Jason was fully hard? It was Amanda.

Halfway through she backed him up to the couch, then pushed on his thighs until he sat down. No sooner had Jason’s ass hit the leather seat than his balls were in her mouth. Amanda put her hands on his knees, spreading him wide for better access.

“Are you always like this?” he gasped, his head lolled back so he could stare at the ceiling.

  “Only since my honeymoon.”

He grunted as she took him deep, going all the way down. Her nose brushed his abdomen and he groaned again.

“Connor is one lucky fuck,” gasped Jason.

With a wet sucking sound, Amanda popped his cock from her mouth. She grinned up at him while smacking it playfully against her face. “So are you.”

She went down on him some more, making it hot and wet for him, determined to give Jason the best blowjob he’d ever had in California. Maybe even the best one he’d had in his life. She wanted him to come — wanted him to let down his defenses and have a relaxed, clear mind for the conversation that came next. It wasn’t long before he realized her plan, as well as where Amanda wanted him to finish.

  “You’re… you’re gonna…”

She nodded with one hand on either of his thighs, practically doing push-ups on him with his cock in her throat. Her long blonde hair spilled over his naked thighs. Tickled his balls…

  “Uh huh.”

  “I’m… I’m going to—”

She clamped down on him when he came, allowing Jason to fire his entire load straight down her throat. It was business, really. It was getting him off and relaxing him at the same time, making him feel like a million bucks while giving him a kickass memory he could file away in the back of his mind. She wanted him to have it forever. To be able to keep it with him, here in his little apartment.

Amanda rolled his balls in one hand, squeezing them gently as she continued swallowing. With the other she pumped him up and down at the base, working hard to drain every last drop of his load. When it was all over, Jason’s sack looked achingly empty. His orgasm left him spread eagle on his couch, totally spent and gasping for breath.

“There,” she grinned, wiping her mouth with the back of one arm. “Better?”

Jason’s expression was blank. He looked like someone had just sucked out his soul. All he could do was nod.

“Now,” she said with a wink, “whenever you sit on this couch you’ll think of me. Of your best friend’s wife, down on her knees, blowing your balls off.”

  Seven

Amanda climbed into Jason’s lap and snuggled against him. Nuzzling his neck, she could feel the warmth of his thighs just beneath her.

“So tell me…” she said, gently kissing him on the cheek. “What’s the real deal here?”

Honestly, she wasn’t here to pry. Not totally, anyway. But before they left their best friend in California, Amanda and Connor both wanted to make sure he was one hundred percent alright.

“No real deal,” Jason shrugged. “Everything’s pretty good.”

  “Seriously?”

  “Yeah, seriously.”

There was no enthusiasm. No conviction in his reply. Amanda slid her arms over his shoulders. She pulled back a little so she could stare into his eyes.

  “The job’s okay?”

Jason hesitated. Shrugged. “A little slow but it’ll pick up.”

Half a year ago, he’d left for the west coast on a business opportunity he “couldn’t pass up.” Since then, neither she nor Connor had heard much about it. From talking on the phone, Connor derived enough to know that Jason’s business partner had dropped out. And that he was trying to make the whole thing work on his own.

“You know you can tell us anything, right?”

He chuckled, probably trying to play it off. But Amanda wouldn’t let him.

  “I know.”

“And after the time we just spent together?” Amanda added. “You and I are connected now. The same way you can Connor have always been connected.” She glanced at the ceiling for a moment, then smiled slyly. “Not to mention physically connected in lots of other ways too.”

Jason chuckled and shifted beneath her. “Oh, believe me… I’m very aware.”

  “Good.”

Amanda got up and tossed him his boxers. He slid them on while she paced the living room for a bit, then she turned to face him.

“Alright,” she shrugged. “If everything’s cool then we’re actually really happy for you.”

She punctuated her statement with a warm smile. Jason looked back at her, his expression full of guilt. His shoulders slumped, and his mouth opened like he wanted to tell her something.

After several seconds of silence, she went to him. Kneeling next to him on the couch, she took his hand.

  “Honey, just say it.”

Jason breathed in deeply for three whole seconds then let out a long, resigned sigh. “Okay, fine. I lost the business.”

There. It was out there. He looked somewhat better for it though. Like someone had taken a thousand-pound weight from his shoulders.

“I’ve been waiting tables for the last two months, just to make rent. Trying to figure something else out, but nothing so far.”

It was a shame, losing the business. A hard admission. Amanda wanted to hug him, and make it all better, but she wanted him to keep talking too.

  “What happened?” she asked gently.

“Kyle gave up, probably three and half months ago. Couldn’t keep up with his end of the funding.” He shrugged. “After that I tried keeping things afloat by myself, but it’s just too hard here. There’s too much overhead. Too much expense.”

“So then why’d you come out here to begin with?” Amanda asked. She hoped the question didn’t come out wrong, but she genuinely wanted to know.

“Contacts,” replied Jason. “People. Most of the industry is out here, and that’s who I need to rub elbows with.”

She looked squeezed his hand. “And did you?”

“Yeah, that part I was actually good at.” Jason smiled.

  “But the rest?”

He shook his head. “The rest is a mess. Operating costs killed us. Look at this place, for example. It’s tiny, and it’s just my apartment. Now imagine trying to afford an actual office here. It’s impossible. I could get a place ten times this size back home, for what I’m paying right now.”

Amanda took his chin and tilted it so that he was looking at her again. Their faces were just inches apart.

  “So why don’t you?”

Jason swallowed. “What don’t I what?”

“Why don’t you come home? Set the business up there? You could run it at a fraction of the cost.”

He didn’t say anything. He just stared back at her.

She decided to make it easy for him.

“Let’s say you come home,” Amanda said, leaning in to kiss his neck. “You start up the business again. Your end product is online, so you can do it from anywhere, really. But it’s cheaper at home, and you still have your contacts here.”

He sat there as she continued kissing him, sensually dragging her lips ever so lightly over his neck. It was a distraction and she knew it, but Amanda could feel his body was growing stiff again. Excited.

“Whenever you need to,” she continued, “you could fly out here. Do your thing with the industry people. Talk to whoever you need to talk to.” She switched to the other side and began kissing him there, too. “But you don’t have to live here. You don’t have pay outrageous rent, for such a small space.”

Her tongue traced its way up to his ear. She nibbled on it.

“And if you came home you’d have me,” she added sexily. “Us, rather. Connor and I, as your best friends. And me… as something much more than that.”

He sighed again. This time it wasn’t a wistful sigh, though. It was a sigh of arousal.

“Do you understand what I’m saying Jason?”

Her hands were on his chest. Rubbing him. Touching him.

“Yes. You’re seducing me into coming home.”

She chuckled. Partly because it was true, and partly because it was funny.

“Not just seducing you,” Amanda said. “Laying out a valid argument. Listing the logistical reason why you should be there, not here.”
