Cassandra dumped out the remainder of her coffee. She set the mug down in the sink. “Yeah, no thanks. I’m not sure who you’ve been with before, but I don’t have to jump through hoops for my dates.”
Victor moved closer. Now it was his turn to take her hand.
“You know you want to,” he said firmly. He put her hand on his chest. “We could have fun together, you and me. Lots of fun. But I need to know that you’re serious.”
“I don’t—”
“It’s only a week,” Victor added. He took Cassandra’s chin in his hand. Tilted her face up. Leaned down and kissed her.
She almost pulled away. Almost. But her resolve wavered at the last second. Without thinking or consciously acting she found herself kissing him back. Her mouth opened, her lips moved on their own. Victor’s strong arms went around her. His hands settled firmly on the small of her back.
He stopped kissing her but didn’t let go. “One week,” he whispered into her ear. “That’s all.”
Cassandra inhaled. The scent of him was driving her insane.
“And how would you know?” she found herself asking. “How would you know I really did it?”
“I’d know.”
He kissed her neck. Her legs went weak. Then, abruptly, she pushed him away.
“Come find me in a week,” she somehow found herself saying. It was crazy. She hated herself for saying it. “I’m not making any guarantees.”
“Fine.”
“And I’m not doing this for you,” Cassandra added. It sounded lame though, and she knew it. “I’m doing this because—”
“— because you can.”
“Yes.”
Victor nodded. Slowly she backed away, keeping her eyes fixed on his. As if breaking contact right now would be a sign of weakness.
Cassandra went down the steps. Walked back to her car. When she came here this morning she’d been revitalized. She’d felt good, clear, basking in the afterglow of her morning with Kayleen.
Now all she could think about was Victor Ramsay.
Three
Cassandra cried out as her orgasm washed over her in a euphoric wave. For one glorious moment her whole body went rigid, pushing its way upward against her open palm. Then, eyes closed, she allowed herself to relax… sinking contentedly back into the softness of her own bed.
He never said I couldn’t do this, Cassandra thought with some measure of triumph. She pressed a few more slow, delicious circles on her clit while continuing to slip two fingers in and out of her pussy. And even if he had, it’s not like I would’ve obeyed.
She indulged herself a few moments longer, but then it was time to get going. Cassandra jumped up, showered, and dressed. Fifteen minutes later she behind the wheel of her car, already on her way to work. She never could understand those women who took hours and hours to get themselves ready.
The ride to the bar was a mixture of guilt and excitement. Excitement because she might get to see Victor again. And guilt not because she’d cheated on her task, but because she’d actually stayed true to her word.
I can’t believe I did this, she thought to herself. I must be losing it.
It bothered Cassandra that she’d remained celibate the entire week. That she could allow someone — a complete stranger no less — to exert this much control over her life.
Truth be told, it hadn’t been easy. Halfway through the week she’d gotten uncomfortably horny. At one point she’d almost called Ethan… taken care of things secretly again, in the wee hours of the morning. And then there was the night Cassandra had lain in bed writhing in her own wetness, crossing and uncrossing her legs. She considered jumping into the elevator that night. Dropping down a floor and just screwing Jeremy’s brains out.
But in the end she’d done neither of those things.
She arrived and started her shift. Everything went as normal. Cassandra served drinks, took good care of her regulars, collected her tips, and kept things flowing. And throughout the night, she kept one eye on the door.
“Hello Cassandra.”
She should’ve known he’d come in the back.
“Well, well,” she said. “Looks like you’re right on time.”
Victor wore a casual black shirt and dark blue jeans. It was a very different outfit than anything else she’d seen him. Cassandra poured him a beer without him even asking.
“You did it, didn’t you?”
She pushed the beer in front of him. “Of course.”
“No sex?”
“No sex. One week.” She tugged out the front of her own jeans and pretended to look down. “Grew my cherry back. Wanna see?”
Victor chuckled. “Maybe later.”
He looked good, she had to admit. And tonight he seemed warmer, happier. Less mysterious. He drank his beer in silence as she tended to the other customers. When he finished she began pouring him another, but Victor waved her off.
“No, no, that won’t be necessary.” He stood and extended one hand. “Come on. Let’s go.”
“Where are we going?”
“On our date. As promised.”
Cassandra sighed. “Funny.” She put one hand on her hip. “In case you haven’t noticed, I’m working.”
“No,” Victor said. “You’ve got the rest of the night off. With pay.” He nodded to her boss at the other end of the bar. He smiled and waved back. “It’s all been arranged.”
She hesitated, but only for a moment. “So… you’re paying me to date you?”
Victor laughed again. He has a nice laugh, she thought.
“If that’s how you want to think about it, yes.”
The balls on this guy!
Cassandra thought about it. Almost balked. In the end, she decided to roll with things. After all, a night off was a night off.
“Good enough,” she said as she threw down her towel. “You’re buying.”
Dinner was good. And she had to admit, so was the company.
He’d taken her to some Mandarin place; one she hadn’t even known or heard about. Considering her obsession with Asian cuisine, that alone was impressive. The food was even more amazing, and Victor had ordered everything they’d eaten without her saying a single word.
Normally Cassandra didn’t buy into any of that alpha-dog crap — she’d always preferred doing things for herself. But while in Victor’s company? It was somehow different. There was something about the man — something she couldn’t quite put her finger on — that somehow made it okay for him to take charge.
Beyond that they’d walked around town. Joking. Laughing. Talking for a really long time, without saying much of anything at all. For some random stranger who’d shown up making weird demands, Victor had a natural way of making her feel comfortable. Maybe because he was so charming. So strong.
He made her feel safe.
The night wore on. When Victor suggested a bar, it was the only idea Cassandra had vetoed. ‘I spend every night in a bar’, she’d told him. Instead, she pulled him into one of her favorite haunts: a late night local pool hall.
From there things got more intimate.
They played three racks, flirting heavily the whole time. Twice he’d backed her up against the wall to kiss her. And once he’d even wrapped herself around her from behind, to help her ‘line up a shot’. The closeness of him was intoxicating; his body felt so good pressed up against her Cassandra felt herself go limp in his arms.
She could smell him. Practically taste him.
She couldn’t take it.
As the final ball dropped into the last pocket, Victor held up the triangle. “Another?”
“If you really want to,” Cassandra allowed. “Or we could just cut through the rest of this bullshit and go back to my place.”
He laughed. “And do what?”
Cassandra pushed her body against him and took the triangle from his hand. Then she kissed him.
“Come see.”
Four
Half their clothes came off just insid
e the doorway. The rest, on the way to the kitchen.
They were practically naked now. Victor still wore a pair of red boxer-briefs, his skin feeling amazing pressed against her own. Cassandra still had on a pair of thong panties. Barely.
The only other thing she wore was him.
Riding back to her place, she’d been all over him. After all, it had been a week. And that week had been all his fault. Cassandra needed to take that out on him, one way or another. She certainly wasn’t one to deny herself pleasure, especially when that pleasure was so readily at hand.
Her fingers had roamed Victor’s body, exploring their way across his chest as he steered through the city streets. Thankfully it was a short drive.
As she put her key in the door Cassandra wondered if she could’ve lied to herself. Told herself she’d decided to take him home after a really sweet date. But Cassandra was never one for lying, and the truth was actually pretty simple: She’d decided to fuck him the moment he’d first kissed her.
“I like your place,” Victor said.
Cassandra nuzzled into his neck. “I’ve got something else you’ll like.”
“Wow, nice setup.”
Cassandra paused, wondering where she’d heard those words before. He was checking out her machines. The array of monitors and computers that dominated the living area of her apartment.
She pushed him toward her bedroom, kissing him the whole way. Victor offered only slight resistance. Maybe he wanted to ask more ill-timed questions. The usual “why do you have three monitors?” — things like that. No one would understand what she did anyway, and that was fine. Understanding what she did with her machines was the last thing she wanted.
Cassandra was about to get frustrated when her guest finally relented. His arms wet around her. They felt strong and warm as they slid down her back.
“I want you,” he whispered.
She laughed musically. “Well unless the world ends in the next five minutes, I’m pretty sure you’re gonna have me.”
He pulled her to him. Slid his hand between their bodies, palm against the flat of her stomach. Cassandra sighed softly as he pushed down into her panties. His fingers were instantly wet.
“You’re soaked,” he said.
“Drenched,” she agreed. “Some asshole made me go a whole week without sex.”
“That bastard,” Victor replied. “What a dick.”
Cassandra reached down and closed a hand over the bulge in his boxers. “That remains to be seen.”
Victor was kissing her hard now, deeply and with passion. His fingers were exploring her openly; they rubbed their way gently up and down her slit, getting coated in her juices.
She gasped as he slipped a finger into her. They locked eyes, and for a moment Cassandra was lost in those two mysterious dark orbs. Then she was grinding down, shoving herself greedily into his hand. Another finger went inside her. His thumb glided over her clit…
“Inside,” she breathed huskily. Cassandra motioned toward the bedroom. “I can’t last out here.”
But Victor hadn’t moved. He continued to finger her. His mouth moved away from hers, and a moment later he was kissing her neck. Shockwaves of euphoria rocked her body. Her legs felt like jelly.
Cassandra was getting close to the edge. Spinning past the point of no return. She was ready to relent, prepared to give herself over to the first of several incredible orgasms she’d planned to have that night on Victor’s fingers, his mouth, his cock…
But then all of a sudden he stopped.
“Wh— What is it?” she gasped breathlessly. Her eyes fluttered open.
Victor stood there looking back at her, half smirking. He held up his right hand.
“Here. I want you to put these on.”
Dangling from hand was a small bundle of lingerie. Cassandra saw black lace panties. Stockings. Garter belts…
She blinked in surprise. “Where’d you get those?”
“I brought them in from the car,” he said.
“Holy shit, I didn’t even notice.”
He laughed. “You were distracted. Besides, I can be sneaky like that.”
Reflexively she took the package. It was very nice stuff. She could tell right away it would look amazing on her.
“Go into the bedroom,” Victor said. “Try it on for me.” His breathing was heavy now, his voice husky. Cassandra glanced down to find the bulge in his shorts had doubled in size.
It turned her on to see him this excited.
“Is that an order?”
“Sure.”
Half of her was willing to do anything he asked. The other half — the defiant half — just wanted to come.
She spun away into the bedroom, closing the door behind her.
A few minutes later Cassandra was staring into her full-length mirror. Long, thigh-high stockings gave way to button-up garters and a lacy, form-fitting belt. The panties were crotchless. There wasn’t even a bra.
She felt totally slutty. Absolutely amazing.
Cassandra fluffed out her hair before opening the door again.
Victor was there, grinning in admiration. He took her immediately in his arms and kissed her, sliding his hands up and down the silky material that clung to her legs. His breathing was rapid now, even faster than before. As his palms finally settled on her ass, he leaned back so he could look her in the eyes.
“Just one more thing,” he said. “This.”
Cassandra looked over. He was holding a collar.
The thing was made from studded leather, all sleek and black. There was a steel ring in the center. And attached to that, a long leather leash.
Cassandra kept her cool. She closed her hand over his and pushed it away.
“No,” was all she said.
“No?”
Cassandra shook her head.
“And why not?”
“It’s just not my thing,” she shrugged.
“But it could be.”
Again she shook her head. “You can spank me, punish me, tie me up… believe me, I’m into a whole lot of things.” Cassandra maintained eye contact, kept her smile. “But a collar, and a leash? That’s submissive.” She slid an open palm across his bare chest. Leaned in close, putting her lips right up against his ear.
“And I don’t submit.”
Victor stood motionless. There was a strange glimmer in his eye. Finally he sighed, stepped back, and started putting on his clothes.
Cassandra was utterly dumbstruck.
“That’s too bad,” he said as he pulled on his shirt. She watched in amazement as he continued dressing. “This part would’ve been fun.”
It was unimaginable. Inconceivable. Cassandra stood there firmly, her stockinged legs slightly apart, arms folded.
“So that’s it?” she demanded.
“Yup. That’s it.”
He finished pulling on his shoes. Reached for the doorknob.
That’s when Cassandra noticed it. Something that made all the blood in her veins turn to ice.
One of her monitors was on.
Beneath it, a machine. The machine. The one server she never connected to anything, was plugged in and turned on.
She looked back to Victor.
“Besides,” he said with an apologetic grin. He held up something in his hand. Something small.
It was a plug-in thumb-drive.
“I already got what I came for.”
The door closed. The room went silent.
It was a long time before Cassandra could do anything else but scream.
One
Cassandra clawed the edge of the bed and pushed back, shoving her lover deeper inside her body. She could feel him pressed up against her now, grinding harder, hands gripping her hips in a desperate attempt to fulfill her request. To satiate her overwhelming desire to be completely and utterly filled.
Even so, it wasn’t enough.
“Dammit,” she groaned into the comforter. “Harder. Push HARDER.” Cassandra locked her elbo
ws and forced herself against him. “Get it all the way in.”
Tyler’s hands already held her firmly from behind. He gripped her even more tightly now in response. Although his fingers dug somewhat painfully into the flesh of her tiny waist, Cassandra didn’t mind that part at all. What she minded — or rather feared — was not being able to get off.
“Should I go faster?” her lover asked.
“Fast is good.”
He slid out and pushed back in, gradually building up speed. Cassandra worked her ass against him, trying to match his pace. She wondered if he were making calculations. Trying to time things right. Tyler was like that. Probably couldn’t avoid it.
It was the first time they’d actually fucked. He was doing an okay job so far, but nothing spectacular. Part of it was inexperience on his end. The other part was frustration, and that one was entirely on her.
“Grab my shoulders,” Cassandra instructed. “Pull yourself in deeper.”
She’d come here for something she needed, something small and insignificant, but something she knew Tyler would have on hand. And after she’d gotten it she’d looked him up and down, then decided to try for something more.
He’d always flirted with her. Always wanted her. He had no possible way of knowing Cassandra hadn’t had sex in over a week.
Or that tonight would be his lucky night.
She reached down and began touching herself, pressing her fingers against the hood of her clit. Normally it wouldn’t take much to push her over the edge. Especially after such a long time.
“Mmmmmmm…” she moaned loudly.
“Shhhh,” Tyler hissed. “My roommate will hear.”
“So what? Fuck your roommate.”
Tyler looked annoyed. Or maybe anxious. Or a little of both.
“Okay, okay,” Cassandra relented. “Fine.” She rolled her eyes. Some people just didn’t know how to have a good time.
The room was dark, warm. Probably too warm. It was filled with the scents of sweat and sex, and while Cassandra never minded those she did mind being hot. Or having to bite her lip while being screwed, when all she really wanted to do was cry out.
